If you have to ask this question, you don't trust him. If that little voice inside you is suspicious of him, chances are, you have every right to be.

Maybe, maybe not - But why would he go to so much trouble and travel so far to see you, if he was cheating on you and could just be with this girl back home? Seems like a lot of work to be with someone just to cheat on them.
