This happened back in 2003. Apparently she took too many pills with alcohol. Ironically a week before Lex Luger was in trouble with the cops for beating her. Sad really, there will never be another miss elizabeth.

Elizabeth Huelette, a.k.a. Miss Elizabeth, died on May 1, 2003 at Lex Luger's home in Marietta, Georgia, due to a drug (painkillers) and alcohol (vodka) overdose. She was only 42 years old. At the time, she was dating Lex Luger, who had been arrested two weeks prior to her death for domestic abuse, and the police launched an investigation into her death. While Luger was cleared of any connection to Liz's death, and that her death was accidental, a police search of the home led to his arrest. Luger was charged with 14 counts of illicit drug posession (13 of them felonies). Among the drugs found in Luger's pad were various narcotics, painkillers, steroids, and growth hormones. He was released the next day on $27,500 bail, and pleaded guilty to the charges in early 2005. He was given a $1,000 fine, sentenced to five years probation and required to submit to periodic drug testing.

She overdosed on drugs and there was and still is a lot of suspicion around Lex Lugar himself. As a result of this, Lex Lugar himself has been in trouble for steroids and drugs. This is amongst other reasons why he will never be on television wrestling again.
