Actually you can watch WinampTV. It's in the Media Library of the new Winamp, and it's totally legal.

Winamp is an excellent program to view streaming video. Just open the Media Library and then ShoutcastTV, scroll through the listings and find what show you want. ESS.TV has almost 50 streams of tv shows new and old. :) And it's totally free and legal.
