I listen to Shakira and some songs are mostly spanish in it and I don't know what they say but I enjoy it is anyone else like this. I don't know why I just enjoy it even though I don't know the lyrics.

Not so much music,but I love to watch spanish tv. You can kind of understand what they are saying and you learn some words in the mean time. I wonder if they do the same with our tv.

My daughter is in a phase right now,she hangs with Latino kids at college and got hooked on the latino music.I m sure she dont know the words but thats the music they play at the parties.She had me download a bunch last semester.

sometimes its jusst better that way. I can understand some spanish but not a lot. I like samoan music. Its great. I would say Hawaiian But I understand that too lol

In Spanish, people sing about the same things they do in English:
1) My guy / girl is wonderful, I'm so much in love ...
2) My guy / girl left me, I'm so lonely ...
3) I hurt my guy / girl, what must I do to get him / her back?
4) Let's drink and party!
That covers 99% of modern music in any language.

I'm kinda forced to because my neighbors across the street blast it at all hours of the day. It all sounds the same to me. To be honest, I have two hindu songs on my iPod, and I like them because of the beat, I have no clue what they're saying, but they have a kick *** beat, and I like how the sitar sounds. Your not crazy.

i used to do that on occasion, until i heard the billy ray cyrus song sung in spanish. its bad enough having to listen to it in english. not understanding the words didnt help. though i do enjoy how happy other songs sound, very seldom do english speaking songs have such happy sounding accordians in it.

I really LOVE Brazilian, Spanish, Gypsy, African, Rai,and MANY other types of music. I absolutely do NOT want to know what they are saying.
