I am starting to feel like I may die any day now, hell I almost welcome death at this point. To me sometimes I feel that to fade away might be easier than dealing with another tear filled and sleepless night. My heartache is so intense, I did not know that such misery existed. I thought I had an idea of what hell might be but now I know the true meaning. Honestly I have heard of older people passing away right after their spouse died. But you and I cannot die, that would make it too easy for our ex's. Lets lift our chins, dry our eyes, and get out there and become the people that our ex's will envy. Live damn it LIVE!!

They actually had a story about this on TV not to long ago...and YES it IS POSSIBLE TO DIE OF A BROKEN HEART! I was shocked to hear such a thing...the woman in the story had been married for 40/50 years and shortly after her husband dies she's admitted into the ER with what they believed to be an MI...as it turned out there were no signs of any damage to the muscle tissues as you would find in a normal heart attack victim. The doctors determined her chest pain and death was caused from a broken heart...her death certificate states the same. :(

Broken heart from God yes! But the meaning of life is to live and when you learn to live you learn to give chances to love... that is how one should live... if you die from a mortal heart break now, how could you discover the love God have in mind for you down the future road?

I think so...if you do nothing about your broken heart. Some people just give up and decide to die. I think you have to occupy your mind, go to school, get some activities in your life, find some friends, etc.

Technically, it is.
Broken hearts lead to depression, most likely. depression can lead to health problems beyond our control. depression actually raises our chance of heart problems and stuff.
so if you die because you are depressed from a broken heart, then yes. it is very possible.

well I've heard studies that babies raised without being held and loved and without having a maternal figure can either die or develop serious health problems. Who knows if it could work the same with relationships and older people? I really hope you don't have to test this out though. What happened?

No, you just think you will. Then you will meet another person, and then they will break your heart, and you will feel that you are going to die all over again. WE have all done it. Welcome to the human condition. You will survive. Keep your friends close and do things that make you feel happy and give you comfort. Work on your spirituality.
