I would want to tell my mom but i think my boyfriend has the right to know first. But i'm scared because i'm under age(17) and he's 25. What should i do?

I would suggest the baby's father know first, but I can understand the importance of telling your mom at some point.
Just understand, as the mother of teens, I can see why she might be upset. You need to remember that even if she's not always happy with what you do, she will always love you.

If I was that young, I would be scared to tell anyone. You're in a tough situation here. Your boyfriend definitly deserves to know, but first? I would be scared to death to tell anyone. I think you should tell your mom first. Even though she'll probably be heartbroken, she'll be glad you worked up the courage to tell her. She'll always love you no matter what, even if you make mistakes. (which everyone does) Ask her for advice on how to tell the rest of your family and your boyfriend. I'm sure you'll be glad you told her first, even though it'll be extremely hard for you. Tell your boyfriend right after you tell your mom. Make sure you tell them both in person and in private. Good luck. You have the courage. That is what I would do.

Tell it to your boyfriend first but you should tell your mother too. Please always say the truth and accept the reality that there's a new life in your womb. Please do not think of abortion. Whatever it happens keep on going with your baby. You are a teenage and now you should take the responsability of becoming a mother so young. Do not stop your education, because with that you can asure your baby's future. I know it won't be easy but it's not impossible. Work and study. At the beginning your mother won't be happy with the event but later she will love your baby. Make your baby's father take responsability too. Please don't get marry if you are not ready because it will fail. Good luck .

If you're a minor, tell mom first.
Boyfriend does have a right to know - but you need the support and advice of parents.

Tell your boyfriend in public place to see his reaction(find out if he wants a child, or if he wants to marry you, see if he is happy, mad or violent)... immediately tell your mom. You will really have to think about your future with or without a child in it. Your boyfriend's reaction may determine your decision.

i would have to get the hardest part out of the way and tell my parents. i know that i will get the long lecture and cry like a baby and feel that i may not want to keep the baby but i should all play out. many parents wont opp for the abortion so they will have to understand and help out.
