I have watched "The View" in the past and found it pretentious and catty. The worst part of the show was Star Jones, who thinks she knows everything and constantly wears fur and shows off her money/jewelry also.
Why is there so much hype about her leaving The View...I would think the producers and audience would be having a huge celebration because of it!

I was sick of the former cow when I saw The Veiw one time and she couldn't shut her mouth for nothing. Her husband should've stuck somethin in it.

I have watched "the view" occasionally. when Star jones started to lose weight I was happy for her, but then she went overboard as so many people do. Why is she keeping secrets about how she lost the weight? If she had surgery why not let everyone know unless you're ashamed of something. I am one of many overweight people trying to find a way to lose weight and be healthy. I lost 42 lbs on Atkins, loved the way I felt and wasn't tired, had energy and didn't need any medicine for my diabetes, but had high cholesteral and my Doctor made me quit. I've gained all the weight back + and am miserable. If she had G.B.surgery all the best to her, cause she can afford it and the breast reduction surgery. I don't remember anyone asking to marry her when she was BIG!!! But she was more REAL! kay

I just want to point out that i use to watch the veiw when i had time. I hadn't seen it in 2or3 years and all of a sudden Star Jones looked Sqashed to me. She shrank and it sceared me. I haven't watched it since. I am still very much in shock what happened with the rest of her. I am in the dark.

Me , But I have never watched the View but I did tune in a couple of minutes each morning when all that was going on!Just to see what was going on.

I don't agree with you, I liked her. She was a nice add to the mix. I will never watch it with Rosie O'Donell. She's the worst of the worst!

Personally, I think they are, but they don't want to show it because she might sue them because she "has the bling bling". Also, i think her husband married her for her money, not for her.
