hey!
i'm 5'11 and a size 16/18, and i hate the fact that i can't easily find cute, fun affordable clothes! well, i can, at old navy, gap, etc., and i get by but i'd like some fresh ideas?? i'm happy with my size, so please don't flame me and tell me i need to lose weight.
i know of torrid, lane bryant, but they're expensive. i'm more looking for online stores, boutiquey/fun, not frumpy stuff.

Amen to the attitude and I totally envy the height except for the shopping issue. It does require some leg work in the real store and some time invested even online. http://www.tallwomensclothes.com/ and keep an eye out on eBay. Just use the word "new" in your search terms you'll be amazed at what you'll find that is still in it's original packaging that someone bought from a catalog or online and it arrived in the wrong size and they forgot to return it within 90 days. Or my personal favorite: the estate sale of some bankrupt tall shopaholic with tons of clothes with the tags still on them. *wink*

Wow, we could be twins. I'm 5'11 also and size 14/16. Two of my favorite places to shop on line are EBay and Avenue. Check them out and Good Luck!
