because we have low self esteem,low morals or principles, and because we need attention and some excitement...

This is no excuse, but here's how it went down...
I cheated on my boyfriend with my ex-husband out of pure spite. I went to my hometown to visit over a holiday and he kept accusing me of doing nothing. He blew my phone up the entire time I was visiting with my family, and went on and on about how he "knew" something wasn't right...Anyway, I've always heard "the guilty dog barks first" and I knew I hadn't done anything wrong, so by God, if he could do it, I would too. So I did. And I totally regret it. I love my man with all my heart and whether he cheated on me or not, I don't even care. I did the ultimate no no in a relationship (never had before, never will again), and we got through it. He still loves me and we had some trust issues for a while, but we've worked through it. He cherishes my daughter, and I thank God for each day he blesses us with together.

Because they can... as long as we have scandalous men and women in this world, we will always have men and women who cheat with them. If a man/woman feels that they can get away with it... they will do it.
Greed is another reason. They way they were brought up is another reason.
No respect and no dedication to committment is another.
One thing you should always ask yourself when you feel you want to cheat on your partner is:
If what I am doing was done to me... how would I feel?
It may not help, but ask yourself the question in the mirror.

There are countless reasons, but no good ones. If people have any decency or self-respect at all, not to mention respect for others, they wouldn't choose to cheat on the person with whom they vowed fidelity.
If individuals cannot remain faithful to someone, they should not become involved with them.

they are weak minded. They dont have the heart to tell them that they want to be with someone else. So they have a weak moment and cheat. Oh and obviously forgot about aids.

There is a lack of respect for relationships nowadays. I don't cheat and i think it's because when i love, i love hard.

i dont cheat on my significant other but i think i know the reason why peple cheat.i think people cheat because they think something beter is out there.

B) They are bored with their partner.
C) They are in love with someone else.
