Maybe because the streams of water remind you of peeing.

May it is like this. When you see or think of something sour but lovely food, your mouth gets watery. It is a reflex action. So, may be it is similar in your case. Whne you go for shower, you go for a pee. Or even may be because you release some heat from you body when you take shower. It might be just the part of releasing more heat. But I am not sure hehe.

Many people have overactive bladder which means it reacts to fast to go pee. I have that.
