If it is in North America it is not venomous and is probably a garter or rainbow snake (there is no such thing as the black widow snake) if it is not in north america I do not know what it is and there is a good chance it is venomous

There is none that i know of, but i do know of a spider that looks like that, its called a black widow!! : )
