Yes, it's a bit of a lame question, but I'd really like to know.
The only show I've been to near this size was Taste of Chaos. To ToC I wore pants and a tee short, but that was during the rainy season & in a indoor environment.
OzzFest will be outdoors and during the summer. So, should I wear shorts? Or should I wear pants?

I have been to ozzfest twice and i have a bit of advice. You need to wear comfortable shoes, there is no where to sit down during the day and at night if you a lawn seat. Also wear a hat, that may seem stupid but unless you would love the top of your head to be sun burnt wear a hat. Other then that, just pick your fav shirt cause I am sure you will buy a new one when you get there. One more piece of advice about the shirt, If you like it buy then, cause they sell out fast. Have a Blast!

Wear pants, otherwise your legs will get torn up because it will be so packed that you will unavoidably get kicked/stepped on.
Even though this is probably advice that will be ignored, I would suggest NOT wearing a black shirt. A black shirt is 23 degrees hotter than a yellow or white shirt in the sun.

loose fit denim shorts tank top until you get there and then buy a concert tee and ditch the tank top oh yeah dr martens boots any old combat boot will work Ive been to 3 ozzfest and aregular metal concert goer

Jeans or shorts..whatever makes you more comfortable..and a t-shirt that glorifies the Ozzmeister....Ozzy is the king of Metal-Rock. Anything that draws attention to him would be great

pants. Trust me, it is so dirty there you want as little exposed skin as possible. Pants and a tee shirt would be fine. Don't wear any spikes, they confiscate them.

i have a metal head son and he would wear all black. a mesh shirt any color is okay and maybe a few spiked bracelets or necklace. top all of that off with the black nail polish and heavy black eyeliner

Dude, its the oZZy fest.....you dont really have to dress up...i just whent with the same clothes i was wearing....i got my shirt ripped off when Prick performed...
