Page numbers differ with different editions. You should be asking which chapter - if the novel has chapters (I've never seen it).

I'm not sure of the page number, but it is at the barbacue at Twelve Oaks, as Scarlett is entering and going up the stairs. She spots a man she doesn't know and asks another girl who is that man, he looks like he knows what I look like without my shimmy on, and the girl (Cathy?) answers that he isn't received and that he refused to marry a girl although they had been out all night due to a broken wagon wheel, and that she was ruined. The first time she actually talks to Rhett is after her fight with Ashley. Rhett is laying (sleeping?) on the couch in the library and after the fight Scarlett throws a knick knack at the wall and "wakes" Rhett up.

Chapter 6 (page 98 in my edition)
she sees him across the room at this time...
Chapter 6 (page 122)
is where Scarlett and Rhett have their first conversation (after she's thrown herself at Ashley)
