The plant is located outside and gets good sunlight 'till about noon. No problem w/ drainage 'cause it's in a hanging pot. Could this fungus have come from the nursury??

I have grown many coleus plants. Once I grew one 6ft tall, and 3 feet wide. ( grown from one hanging plant 10'') I take them out and put them in a larger pot. If it does not drain well or is watered too much it will develop a fungus; there are "fungus Killers" at a garden center to spray on them.

They need more air.
Get a fungicide from the plant store.
This is unusual.
