This guy who calls me everyday & today he called me and he was like im going to the movies. He wanted me to go over to the place where he was at & when i said i can't, he called me corny. I mean like i like him and all but sometimes he can be a jerk. He be saying like I got this chicks number and all that. Today he told me something and he told me not to tell anyone...i was going to but he was like I TRUST you so i dont tell anyone. He said he really like me, but i dont know if he really meant it. He keeps my secrets & he expects me to do the same.

WHO CARES...the guy is immature. Sounds like he only likes you when it is convenient. Don't even waste your time

Anytime someone tells you something in confidence and ask that you not discuss it with anyone else and you give your word that you will not....you should always keep your word.(unless the person tells you about a crime that they have committed or is going to committ...)
As for this person calling you "corny" because you could not or would not meet them...that doesn't sound like something a "real" friend would do...so, tread lightly with this person.
