can someone tell me what is involved in becoming a vet assistant?

Fill out a Job Application with some local Vets around you. Many teach you what you need to know if you will work. One where I live even help send one girl to Vet School and she worked for him as a Vet out of school for experience.

Be willing to do whatever is asked of you, whether it be cleaning cages or an ugly wound. You must have a true love for animals and a willingness to work hard. Most vets will do on the job training.
