Ok well my shoulder first came out of place when i was spiking a ball in tryouts but now both of them keep comming out. I dont think they are comming out all the way but they pop and then i cant move it for like 10 seconds and it feels like something inside my shoulder is being pinched. Once i couldnt breath cause it hurt so bad. Ive been doing can rotations where i bend over and do 30 circles with my arm while holding a can. Its what my sisters chiropractor told her to do but i dont know if ours is the same thing. Help! im dying here!!

First, if you have pain and inflammation (indicated by swelling, redness, and warmth) you need to utilize RICE (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation).

You don't need to do the can rotations. This may do more harm to your shoulder than good. Find an orthopedic physician who specializes in shoulders (do not go to a chiropractor - you need a physician to properly diagnose your problem). Your general practitioner may be able to recommend someone.

Until then - stop playing sports. You could be worsening your condition. The orthopedic physician will examine your shoulder and give you the options. This may include surgery, physical therapy, cortisone shots, etc. It will depend on the severity of your condition. Good luck!

Maybe you should see a doctor. You may also need an adjustment by a chiropractor. That should not be happening to you. Take care.
