KROQ-FM--106.7 FM--Slogan: "the international in call for ok-Rock"--format: present day Rock that's no longer a foul mainstream radio station. It performs usually much less customary, yet nonetheless mainstream artists (oftentimes the ok ones or the betters ones), with an occasional touch at some punk rock, grunge, and puzzling rock from the 70's, 80's, and ninety's (sooner or later, i grew to become into questioning if there grew to become right into a punk rock station on the radio, and whilst the motor vehicle grew to become on, they have been enjoying "Blitzkrieg Bop" by employing the Ramones!) like the Ramones, weapons N' Roses, and Nirvana respectively. recent Bands: Foo warring parties Smashing Pumpkins Linkin Park Muse elementary White T's Velvet Revolver Smashing Pumpkins upward push against purple Jumpsuit equipment baby Rock Korn device Paramore Social Distortion Incubus etc. So some good bands, many times ok bands, and a pair undesirable bands. that's no longer a foul station, yet i do no longer pay attention to it oftentimes when you consider that all of the bands i like do no longer come out a lot. The classic rock one is: KRTH--one 0 one.a million FM--Slogan: "the appropriate Hits in the international"--format: Oldies/classic Rock This station is the genuine epitome of classic rock. forget approximately metallic and puzzling rock; that's infrequently performed on there. The station purely airs 60's and 70's music. No Led Zeppelin, or maybe Cream, till on specific countdowns, which quite tears me aside, even with the incontrovertible fact that it nonetheless has some exceedingly severe-high quality bands on there. that's maximum slow rock and R&B, with an occasional funk/rock and dad hit. Acts i like on there: The Beatles The coastline Boys Earth, Wind, and hearth The Rolling Stones Stevie ask your self Aretha Franklin those are between the extra incredible ones.
