Hey Jude was written by Paul McCartney for John's son Julian.
Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds is actually about a painting julian did of one of his nursery school class mates.
Paul was inspired by his father to learn the piano because "it's people who play pianos that get invited to parties."
There was always an unspoken contest between Paul and John to write the best songs for the band.
Stu Sutcliffe (original member) would perform on stage with his back turned to the audience.
John Lennon and Paul McCartney were the first major pop stars to have an extended education - John at art school and Paul studied his A Levels.
Several Beatles' songs were inspired by newspaper and magazine reports - "A Day in the Life" "Lady Madonna"
my list goes on.

In the movie a Hard Days Night, in the closing scenes when the Beatles were doing they're performance in front of the live crowd, Phil Collins was one of the movie extras who was in that crowd.
A second one would be that if the Beatles hadn't made the big time Ringo had entertained the idea of becoming a hair stylist.

Many people think that "Lucy in the Sky" was about drugs. In fact, it was NOT. It was based on the picture brought home by Lennon's son - 5 at the time. When John asked him about it, he said "That's Lucy!" He had drawn a picture of a lady flying in the air, wearing a diamond necklace. That picture is also where "Strawberry Fields" came from.
I saw an interview and he had a copy of the picture with him. He said they were inspired to write 5 different songs from that picture, but these were the only 2 he named. (Probably because they were talking about the drug relation rumors.)

3 things: first lucy in the sky with diamonds was based on a drawing that a young julian lennon drew, it was, like some have mentioned previously was about an acid trip-though not necessarily lsd
second, Mal Evans did not play the anvil on the recorded version of Maxwell's silver hammer, ringo did. Evans did play on some preliminary versions though.
during the recording of a song, sorry cant remember which one, but im sure you know, paul sings the word "behind" and john bent over and mooned him, you can kinda hear paul chuckle when it happens.

I watched them get off the plane when they arrived in the US. I also watched them on the Ed Sullivan show and fell in love with Ringo even though he was way to old for me.

I actually have not in any respect considered a brothel contained in the defense force. have you ever considered brothels contained in the defense force? maximum persons contained in the defense force were shown video clips and potential factors about a thanks to comprehend the signs and indicators of human trafficking and a thanks to record it. there are this kind of huge volume of needed potential factors. My well known is the DADT repeal potential aspect. It stated for over an hour that no longer something has replaced except that someone has the criminal proper to be overtly gay contained in the defense force. I talked about this video/PP 3 cases in 2011 and 2012. you've little or no to pressure about. the defense force is a happier, sunnier, smiley position than it became in Grandpa's day. there's a more desirable of a chance someone down the line from you having human beings locked of their basement than the defense force operating a brothel.

Although Paul McCartney had dreamt up the tune to "Yesterday" there were still no lyrics. Originally he'd sing "scrambled eggs, you've got such pretty legs" the tune became known as "Scrambled Eggs" until he came up with the words to "Yesterday".

People seem to think the song Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds is referring to LSD.

Dear Prudence is about Prudence Farrow, Mia's sister.
"What do you call that hairstyle?" "Arthur" is a reference to the ubiquitous plant seen in Mad Magazine named Arthur.
