I'm not sure if you're asking this of someone in particular but thought I'd toss my two cents in anyway. Usually when someone mentions a vision of cosmic form they're envisioning the vast tapestries of the universe and how everything within it fits together and is interrelated. (Cosmic form is reflected within the atom amongst other things.) When someone catches a glimpse of cosmic beauty they're undoubtedly awed and humbled by the majesty and grandeur of it all.
