Call them once, and leave a message if no answer. If they don't call you back, give up. If they call you back, you know they like you.

Definitelyly call, it is better to take a chance rather than let it wait forever, you never know what will happen. Just give it your best, but only call once, dont pester, and leave a message if they dont pick up

well i dont call him but he calls me he likes me and i like him but i just dont have anything 2 tell him so i let him call me.

I don't think you should call unless you know the person well. I think you should get to know the person if you are able first. If you already know them then you should handle it face to face.
It takes a little more guts, but I don't know what kind of backbone you have.

call and leave a message, or send a text. Dont hassel them tho, i did 2 a guy once and he got mad, i didn't realise wot i was doing at the time tho as i was only 14.
