where can i find info. on a patent cerca: 1900-18?

i have a IMCO cig. lighter from vienna austria..it is not like any trench lighter i have seen to date. it clearly has the patent no" on it.

The Imco firm of Vienna, Austria, was founded in 1907 to produce
buttons. Lighter manufacture began at the end of the First World War in
1918 and the first lighters were made from cartridge cases.
this is all i could find for real....try going on e-bay and see if there's any similar
