adoption a one month old? sound tough cos a friend of mine adopt a baby girl from china wen she 4 mth old but wen she arrived shes 2and a half years old. documentation takes some time if not wrong

why not have one of your own? Why do you want another mother's baby? To destroy her life forever with the loss of her child, which is what happens as mothers never "get over it" and the grief just intensifies over years and even decades.
besides, you have no guarantee that the adult adoptee won't return to their real family again, as a friend of mine has done, getting adopted back, returning to their original name again legally. the bloodbond is stronger than any other tie.
