its salty. you just pour it in your hand and then dip a wet toothbrush in it and just brush like normal. its worth it though =]

It's something that you will have to get used to, but it's nothing horrible beyond doing. It is best to mix it like a paste and then use it, and yes constant use will help. I wouldn't do it every time you brush however as for it could damage the enamel on your teeth. Maybe twice or three times a week at most. You can ask your dentist about that. There are also so many products on the market these days that you shouldn't have to use this method.

I did that! I put some baking soda on my tooth brush and began to brush as if it was tooth paste. It does taste bad - but not that bad. It made my teeth cleaner and they felt better. You can also use salt instead of baking soda, but the baking soda is better.

Not a great taste. Effective cleaner. Lacks Flouride. Just wet toothbrush and then sprinkle on baking soda.

Baking soda has a gritty feel to it and it neutralizes acid. It works very well as a cleaner, scrubber and toothpaste. It is a taste that takes some getting used to.
