No offense meant here, but I always found that it was only boring people who claimed to be bored.

Try finding some new hobbies, and volunteering. Maybe taking some classes will also keep you interesting, and of course- not bored.

Try finding alone hobbys too. Stamp collecting is actually really time consuming, and my son loves it.
Scrapbooking is fun, karaoke, swimming, bike riding- going to nature parks, online debate groups, can take away boredom and help you become a more interesting person, too.
Just check some different things out, and when you find a few things that you like, maybe you will stick with it and fill in those gaps.

You cure boredom by finding something worthwhile to focus on. Join an excersize facility, visit a nursing home ( and see what real boredom looks like). Take a class at the community college, read a good book. Volunteer at a hospital, or animal shelter. Organize your closets and drawers. Search out open questions that are in desperate need of your answers!

You can't cure it but you can manage it: Look outside yourself. It is just that simple.

stop dwelling on it for one thing. What are your interests? Your goals? Come on, there is lots of things to work on and do.
