Knowing reality is 'knowing as'. For example, knowing a bunch of sensations of green and brown as, say, a tree.

Knowing truth is 'knowing that'. For example, knowing that trees are living things.

You might suppose that knowing truth must also be knowing reality, but you'd be wrong. There are truths about things that aren't real. For example, it's true that a unicorn is a horse-like creature that has a single horn on its head. - but it's also true that unicorns aren't real.

truth is transitory while reality is constant.

For example, at one time, we all thought that the world was flat, but with new and observable evidence, the new truth was that it's oval. Therefore it can be said that 'based on the newest evidence, the truth can be described.' As new evidence is obtained (about reality) then the 'truth' changes.

Reality on the other hand remains the same and is constant.

I would believe what brucebirdfield says, it´s quite an insight.

On a personal level... both are subjective to the viewers point of view, but as for truth it is build up upon facts, and as for reality it is uncovered by facts.

There is no difference. There is not truth (but God if you are Christian) and there is no reality if there is not truth. Nothing is 100% real, not even what is transpiring in our day to day lives.
What reality? The truth?
What is truth?
What is truth?
Nothing is true. Reality is nothing, therefore they are the same thing....?

The truth only hurts when it should. Reality hurts all the time.

Not a lot.

1. No one ever comes up with a clear understanding of either.
2. We argue about both until we're blue in the face.
3, Both are illusionary.
4, Both dependent upon delusion to believe they are real or absolute.

Truth is straight fact and point of view does not matter while reality depends on your standpoint.

Truth is a FUNCTION of coherence among axioms, beliefs, facts.

"Reality" has nothing to do with language, meaning, reference.

The power of the world to control what IS true comes first.
