I was 10 weeks i miscarried at home no real problems. I bleed for about 9 days after the 1st few days were heavy but, not as bad as the bleed you have after giving birth. It started with cramping then spotting then worse cramping when the sac was passed. I got a ultersound 2 weeks later to make sure everything was gone. If you don't fully miscarry you can get a infection from tissue left. That pregnancy showed no heartbeat at 8 weeks. I was on fertility meds to concive. Every loss will NOT need NEED A D&c THOSE are done when the women won't wait to allow a natural miscarriage or tissue is left. YOU won't have to have one if your loss happens with no complations. A d&c can make future pregnancy harder to get pregnant.

When I had my miscarriage I bled for about 10 days (which is hella long for me). I also experienced cramping (which I've never had) and a heavier flow. I should have been 10 weeks along but the baby stopped growing at 6 weeks. My period came back exactly to the day a month later. My next period should come within the week now if I am on a regular schedule (had the miscarriage May 9). I don't know if this changes anything but I had a D&C to clean out my uterus.

Since you asked this, I'm assuming you had a miscarriage. If you did, I hope you went to a gyno. I'm assuming you're not because you're asking these questions. You should get to a gyno and schedule a D&C. You need to make sure everything came out okay and whatnot.
Yes, you bleed alot. Sometimes for days and your period can be a bit irregular at first depending on how long you were pregnant for.

Yes, you bleed like crazy for a couple of days. If heavy bleeding lasts more than that, though, you may need a D&C because part of the placenta may still be in there.
Yes, you'll probably resume regular periods within a month. Maybe two.

You can bleed for a short time or a long time. I have had three miscarraiges and all three were different. My first one I bled for almost three weeks, my second I bled for about a week and my third I bled a little over a week. My period usually came about a month or so after my miscarraige and was pretty much regular after the first 1 or 2.

Wow Honey, it fairly is so unhappy. i'm rather sorry. have they have been given any thought what's inflicting the miscarriages? have you ever had them early or previous due on your being pregnant? the reason I ask is with the help of the fact specific issues will reason you to lose a toddler at diverse cases on your being pregnant. case in point, an incompetent cervix might reason you to lose your toddler later on your being pregnant than some chromosomal abnormality might. understanding that one fact might supply me greater guidance to respond to your question better. while ever you miscarry it remains devastating and it could take a protracted time to heal. i think of that this is going to likely be much less complicated for you to handle this occasion in case you recognize why you miscarried. Have they accomplished each little thing they might to confirm the reason of the miscarriages? while you're rather feeling on the top of your rope it would desire to be time to confirm a fertility expert, even tho this is not technically mandatory at this element in time. that's often suggested after a woman has had 3 miscarriages yet once you're rather feeling desperate as you're saying, it would desire to be a good thought now. something that would desire to help you get pregnant and stay that way might must be based on the reason which you lost the toddler interior the 1st place and because i've got not got that piece of guidance there is little i will furnish you interior the way of help. in case you may opt to jot all the way down to me and enable me understand at what element you lost your being pregnant i might have the skill to talk to you in a greater significant way. If that would desire to help please be at liberty to jot all the way down to me and that i'll rather write back. interior the period in-between, take good care of your self. consume properly and get an excellent kind of relax. no count why you miscarried being healthful will consistently help. Spend time with the those which you love, doing issues which you appreciate. i'm hoping to pay attention from you. advantages, woman T~

It depends on how far a long you were..some times it can be just like a regular period or sometimes a lot worse...depending upon the reasons for the miscarriage it can take a little bit to get your schedule back in order..
