it used to hold almost 1200 songs, but all of a sudden it will only hold about 730 songs! I have no idea what I did to it. Im thinking i accidentally changed the format to a higher quality and so it takes up more space....does anyone have something i could try? Im DESPERATE!!! thank you!

Yea, see what format your downloading on. If u just bought this, sometimes it will say it holds 1200 songs, but based on 4 minute songs(or something like that), so depending on how long most of your songs are, that could do it. If not, restore the Zen, and re download everything, while making sure you see what format it is in. MP3 is normal format, but WMA takes up less space

I had one of those and it erased all of my songs by itself! Maybe they only work for a little while...
