The best way is to get a portfolio as that is the first thing anyone wants to see you can put this on line and just have business cards with the link on, a lot cheaper than having them printed. If you would like a portfolio site please contact me and I will set you on up for free.
examples of work can be provided on request. just message me here if you want, i am a profestional website designer but have lots of free time (and enough money) so i am currently doing free sites for small bands, small artist etc, basically anyone who could not afford them otherwise.

Stop saying like! But seriously, you could always take modeling classes, which would get you started in the industry. Just make sure to do your research on them.

I used to model. The modeling industry is VERY TOUGH. If you're having trouble coming out and telling your friends and family you want to model. . .imagine the trouble you'll have modeling!

take some pictures in to a reputable model agency and see what they think do not take modeling classes they are a scam you will need a couple of 8x10 s one head shot which is a close up of just your face and head and one full bodyshot teh agency will take it from there.

when you find out, let me know. i'm the same with acting. i love it and do it all the time, but they don't think i'm serious. it feels like once i tell them i either have a lot to live up to or they would watch me and mock me if i failed. that's not how it would work but it feels that way all the same.

get some professional photos and send them to agents and hopefully one will represent you (but DONT pay any up-front fees, a good agent will take his 10% off the back end of the deals he sets up)

try to find oppertunities online or over the phone and if you get something then you should discuss it with them
maybe you should mention it playfully or casually
i hope all of your dreams come true
