If you know where I can buy the ink and the paper used to transfer templates and such to the body please let me know, also if you have any substitutions, things I could find around the house to use...

its the old ditto ink. Check at school sales and print shops.

tpye in the magic word tattoo on the net and low and behold the world will open up - it usually costs a fair bit for such templates
