how can i convince my mom to have a 4th of july party? she is korean

Well, i would tell her that having a party really means alot to you and ask her to give it a chance and have an open mind about it all. Maybe, she will give you a chance and let you have a 4th Of July party! MAybe even ask her why she doesn't want you to have a party and tell her how it would be and what you would do and not do and hope you get a good response! Good Luck!
