you are suppose to ice the bruise for at least 24 hrs.... that makes the broken blood vessels shrink to stop the internal bleeding then you apply heat to allow the broken vessels heal back to their normal shape

try arnica montana, 6C (versus 30c).

it's a homeopathic remedy, you can get it at a health food store (usually), as a cream or in a little blue vial. it helps your body heal the bruise faster.

take a multivitamin, that will provide all the nutrients yr body needs to heal.
