This is to properly display a single handbag on a shelf, the arm goes up or down by by a few cm depending on the height of the handbag, you can find this type of holder to display luxurious handbags, I've tried searching for this for many months now with no results.

Check eBay. You'd be surprized at the amount of retail display merchandise they offer there. And for a terrific deal too!
Stores that are going out of business often liquidate their stock and display merchandise on eBay. I know I did!

check out any retail store that is going out of business you can get great store fixtures dirt cheap. I know what is call four way. you can get separates arms so you can go up to 12 arms on one fixture.

Check on eBay. You can ask questions of some of the sellers there to try and find exactly what your looking for.
