read your instruction booklet just to be sure but most after you miss one piss say to take that one as soon as possible. Then they say to double up for the next two days if you have missed two days. I believe if it's more than two you just continue to take your regular pill and use a second form of birth control such as condoms or foam until your cycle starts and you start your next pack.
It is possible for you to be pregnant already if you have had unprotected sex but doubling up usually "takes care" of that because they have the same hormones in them as the morning after pill just the morning after pill has higher doses. However if your cycle does not start when it is supposed to see a doctor because the egg/ baby may be implanted already and taking the pill while pregnant can cause birth defects or miscarriage...usually miscarriage.
In short read the instructions on your birth control, check it's website or with your doctor or pharmacist.

I would have a check up, and maybe there are tests that are sensitive enough to pick up whether you are already pregnant. If you aren't, I would switch to a different form of birth control. I have been there. It is easy to forget to take your pill sometimes. There are some other even easier alternatives out there now. I have since had an iud inserted, and I have had no problems with it. Find the right method for you. Best of luck to you.

Youv'e probably thrown your cycle off. So your period may come a little early orrrrr. you may be pregnant. My advice, try the patch, it helps those that forget to take the pill, i.e. you only have to change it once a week!! It's great.

this could cause your period to be early, this could be the reason for your back hurting. if you are not trying to get pregnant talk to your Dr. about the viginal ring. My daughter just started using it and its great. you don't have to remember to take it everyday. you insert it and forget it for three weeks then remove it have your period, then put another one in. Its great!
