Let's be honest. The White Sox won the World Series. They most likely are returning to the playoffs. The Cubs are not even going to finish with a winning record. Again. The Cubs draw more fans and have a more fanatic following around the country.

The Cubs are just not having any luck. They have some good players but the White Sox are really clicking right now. The Sox are definetly the better team right now, but we'll see how they do after the all star break. A lot of games left.

they have the better record right now,
they beat the cubs in both of the 3 game series they had between each other and,
the sox have the world series hardware to back it up.

even though other teams are way way better than both of them i would have to say that the white sox are by fair the better of the two teams in chicago

Are you asking who is better in 2006? I hope this isn't the case. One look at the standings will show a tremendous disparity in records. I'm a Cubs fan, but I know when my team has hit rock-bottom.
