I just came back from the beach and I'm mostly all tan but I've got sunburned shoulders and my cheeks andforehead, and I don't have aloe vera! It hurts a little but it's not like bright red.

No Aloe? That's OK, cuz you can use OATMEAL! Make it kind of runny & put it in the fridge. Pat it onto the sunburned area & you'll find it feels so much better! Rinse it off when you feel like it. Also try BANANAS or just the PEEL. If you have to go out, using just the banana peel rubbed on your skin will relieve the pain & naturally moisturize your skin without adding chemicals to your problem area. The peel method also will be invisable to the eye!

Since you don't have aloe vera I would run to the drugstore and purchase some. It is very soothing and it works as well!
If you cannot possibly go to the drugstore try rubbing bakingsoda and cream around yourself.

Good luck!

Try using as cold water on it as possible and also plenty of moisterizer. It would even be good if you had an aloe vera plant.

In a spraybottle mix 1/2 water & 1/2 mint listerine then spray on the area. It helps soothe the burn for sure.

All you can do is keep lotion on it. too bad u do not have vera. Be careful with the baking soda because it is a abrasive to scrub on dishes ect even if it feel soft. If u do use bs do not rub pat it on.
