Nahh!! It's just that when their mom was having her and her twin brother they were sticking together when they came out so the doctor's said that one of them will survivie. Cuz they were gonna get them not to be sticking together.And when they did the Ciara's brother died from the operation.And it happend to be Ciara that was a live.But u know she doesn't care if u call her a man cuz she is making more money then u.!! And if u call her a man u are calling Bow-Wow gay.Hell no he is hot and fly and he does not look like the person that looks gay.Check this out if she was a man don't u think that Bow-Wow would tell the whole world by now.:) or he would tell everybody and it would be in the magizine and probalby on TV.

Confusion between the songstress Ciara and a transsexual in Ireland who shares the same name may well have worked to create this rumor. Ireland's Ciara was born in 1968 (which is about 20 years before the gal who was to become the popular Crunk & B singer). The Emerald Isle's Ciara came into this world male but in 1999 was surgically transformed into a female.

Well i heard that Ciara was a man except that she had plastic surgery when she got her period also when she had the plastic surgery she said to take off her penis so no one could notice but i am not sure if that's true

she is not a man she was born wit both a woman an man parts she grew more into a woman than a man so therefore her parents got her penis re moved so ciara is not a man

No, she was born a female and still is...the only reason that whole "man" rumor came about was because some loser had no life and decided to say some things about her physical appearance on the internet...she's not a he-she, hermaphrodite, tranny, or any of the sort..
