make me wonder why people will spend valuable time just
to say something cruel.

It depends really on how their parents are raising them. But, most of the time... the parents are having problems too with the attitudes of their own kids. For me, this is their role on earth... just like everybody else. No matter what you do, sometimes it just doesn't get right!
