Famous women come from even the dead ones now. Audrey Hepburn was the most famous and beautiful woman in this world to her last years. Women like her, today, would be good candidates to such title as a "most famous women in world".
It takes more than creativity and singing and provocative gestures to be really famous in a good way.
Women like Madonna are not always welcomed in many countries at all. Whereas women with class and elegance and a je ne sais qoi that gets in the hearts of an entire world.
