You first always want to use a lash curler first.....
the choice is yours as to what you want I love the Lancome primer...it nurtures the lashes , helping them to grow longer & protect's them from damage & lenghten's them.
As for mascara it depends.... I like the Hi- Impact by Clinique $13
but if you are asian or don't like curling your lashes Clinique also has a mascara developed for asian lashes....It accually curl's them as you are applying it, but you can't use a primer if you use that one.
Clinique also makes a great waterproof mascara that works good too. And if you buy 21.50 , during a store's bonus buy month ....all deptment store's bonus buy time's are differant , you get 6-8 extra gift's and a make-up bag free !! That make's the $13.50 x 2 WELL worth it, great product's and great deal !!!

The mascara that I've found works best for a cheap price is Loreal Paris Double Extend. It really brings eyelashes out without clumping.

ok you would possibly want to first commence with Shu Uemura Eyelash roller (would properly be bought at Sephora). this is the single i exploit and this is great! It keeps your eyelashes very curly. Then a good mascara to apply is L'Oreal Telescopic Mascara. this is no longer too a lot, notwithstanding it does an outstanding interest of preserving lashes curly and separated, and this is low-fee. you'll locate it at drug shops and that i'd get it in a black brown colour to pass including your eyes.

i've actually stopped wearing mascara for a couple of weeks and my short stubby lashes have become long!
the trick is rubbing Castor Oil and Vaseline on your lashes before you go to sleep each night...it works AMAZiNGLY!!!
then when your eyelashes get long enough try the SHU UEMERA eyelash curler!!! it is AMAZiNG!! you won't even need mascara this eyelash curler is the BEST i've ever tried! you've really got to try the SHU UEMERA eyelash curler!!1 i had heard sO many good things about it...and i was really skeptical at first....but then one pay-day i was feeling really splurgey so i bought one on eBAY!! and i was excited to try it out to see if it lived up to its hyPe! and iT DiD!!!
i am so pleased with it! comes with a free replacement pad too!!...and it gives your eyelashes a more NATURAL cuRL as opposed to other eyelash curlers that just crimp your lashes....and the SHU doesn't pinch your skin or rip out your lashes!!! i LOVE it!!!and it get aLL of my lashes even the ones in the corners!!
try it you'll love it!!!
and when i do start wearing mascara again...i use FULL N' SOFT by maybelline or Sky HiGH CurVes! that usually works very well for me...but i really enjoy the FULL N' SOFT because it doesn't dry out my lashes and causes them to break or fall out.
to look at more advice and reviews on different beauty/skin/makeup products i've found this GREAT site!

Actually, a good way to go is to use an eyelash curler... I prefer to warm mine up with a hair dryer first. Then I use any Avon mascara. I've had the most success with Avon.

I would recommend DiorShow Mascara because it instantly makes lashes look fuller and longer and it doesn't clump...but if you are on a budget then I would recommend either Maybelline XXL volume + length mascara or L'oreal volume shocking mascara..both of these have two seperate applicators, one to give volume and one to give length. I have tried all three of these and personally like them all, but Dior is my fave!!

I am a mascara junkie! Always looking for the 'best' one. =)
My favorite is still DiorShow. It really is amazing.
Faux Cils (YSL) is also a really good one, just be sure to keep the brush clean.
Other favorites include Hypnose (Lancome) and Lash Perfection (Max Factor).
Hope this helps!

You will need a good lash-lenghtening mascara.
Mary Kay has a really good one that I love called Lash-Lenghtening. It moisturizes too. Other products dried my lashes and when I would remove the mascara, my lashes would be on my cotton ball.
If you need some lash-lenghtening tips, let me know.
Hope this helps.
