Yes it is possible...When you get an epidural you are numb and you can't feel anything...When I was giving birth to my daughter I couldn't feel a thing that was going on down there...So it is very possible that you could go number 1 or number 2 while pushing.

They give you an enema, but if you have a vaginal birth, still, most everyone does have 'accidents', which the nurses quickly clean up...sometimes, you come in too late to the hospital for the enema in any event. Tell your cousin, think about it, exactly how hard are you pushing down when you are giving birth, lol. (Don't worry about it, you will be too occupied to notice or care that you are having an accident, lol).

YES. I assume you push when you do "number 2", therefore, since you push the same way when giving birth, then yes you can do number 2. that is why they have a pad to catch it underneath your rear incase you do........But it is a fact that you cannot urinate while giving birth.

Yes, it can happen. Then they have to make sure the baby doesn't come in contact with it due to E.Coli. Years ago, they used to give you an enema before you had the baby so that wouldn't happen. I know, that sounds gross, but it was true. I don't know if they still do that or not, this was 25 years ago.
