The DIM-A-MA-BOBBER! (patent pending). Upon completion, the dim-a-ma-bobber will be able to absorb all particles of light, creating a beam of nothing which is easilly manuvered by the custom hand grip. After we work out the kinks (black holes and minor things of that nature), it will be available for your use. No longer will you have to search for that switch to turn the light off! Better yet, we have plenty of guns in stock- much cheaper and a compact 9mm will fit anywhere, ready to aid you in your turning lights off ventures! How many can I sign you up for?!

Having realized I didn't answer the question, Wunderlich industries is creating the Dim-a ma-bobber 2000! Rather than emitting a beam of nothing, it emits a beam of perceivable nothing! Make sense.... how many can i sign you up for?!

i would create two versions, the "flashdark" and the deluxe version which would include a flashlight built into it.called "flashlightdark" or "flashdarklight" (i may have to ask that question myself to make a decision:) here is how it would work...
it would have a VEERRRYYYYY LOOOUUUUDDDD!!!!!! noise emitter. so when you flip the switch you would cringe and squeeze your eyes shut!******************* i had to come back to this one...did you try putting the batteries in backwards?

it would be called the dark beam and it would have a device that would capture the light in the area the beam was hitting and turn it into energy that could be used for heating/lighting homes or fuel for cars if you hit the liquification switch
