Since I missed the signs while I was married, looking back after the divorce, I seen them clearly. I hope for your sake it's not the case...
Look for any changes in behavior that can't been explained away.
Do they look you in the eyes when giving you an excuse?Liars will dart they eyes back and forth,or seem edgy.
TRUST YOUR GUT INSTINCTS!! If you feel there's something wrong, most times there is.
Any recent trips? More time apart?
Are they suddenly interested in a new cologne, buying new clothes or exercising and getting in shape?
Are they accusing YOU of being unfaithful ?(sad but true)
Unexplained phone calls?
New online accounts with private passwords?
(yup- my ex was a pro-sleep with several women and I went on trusting him...until the end. He stopped wanting sex or even wanting to touch/kiss me.My gut was screaming "DANGER" at that point. But it was too late)

First notice any unusual behaviour.
Just having a suspicion may indicate you are sensing something.
Investigate every thing you have at your fingertips ie....phone bills, bank accounts, credit cards, unusual hours, search her car regularly, notice new items of clothing especially undergarments, be creative information trails are everywhere. Write down all this information so that you can organize it logically later when you are not in emotional turmoil.
Lastly when you are quite sure something is wrong purchase a product called Checkmate. It detects semen by turning bright purple. Simply get her underwear aft
er a suspected night and use the product it will without doubt identify the semen in her underwear - trust me, it worked for me. Just be prepared for the painfull results and have friends and family for support close at hand.

Jason two pretty obvious signs are when they begin questionong you about your whereabouts and plans in detail or calling for no reason so that they can be certain of where you are at all times and make sure they don't get caught by you. Then if you slack up doing the things you normally do for them including sex and they don't seem to mind or it doesn't bother them chances are it's cause someone else is already doing it for them....these along with whar everyone else has said so far are your signs.

sweety! they havent slept with you in more than 5 months if you are sexual all the time then more than 2 to 3 weeks. they are always arguing and leaving the house, neve answere the phone when home or away. work longer hours at work! check stub says they dont work at all. they have a new attitude about themselves, cleaner,neater. Ect umm they put you down or beat you all the time or make you feel like running away becuase they are trying to make you leave

A few are: accusing you of being unfaithful; sudden,unexplained attention to appearance (IE working out, dressing better, etc); purchases that don't have receipts....

While not always true the lack of interest in sex with you.
When you do have sex is she really into it or along for the ride.
They go places when it makes no sense that they would at that time of day.
Seems to be absent minded....thinking about something they won't confide to you.
Many things if you look.

Strange phone calls, new smells on clothing, unaccounted for time, all of a sudden out of town business trips. Long lunch hours, guilt gifts, chlamydia, hickeys, unexplainable receipts, says lovers name during sex.

My wife started going out with "friends" all the time and lying about who she was with and where they were at. She was staying late "at work". The more she went out the later she stayed out. I finally investigated and it turned out her good friend Ashley was actually a man named Chris who works with her. I am guessing if you are asking the question it may be happening. You can hire me, I was a pretty good spy.
