Seriously, its like you can totally tell when they have and they just deny it. Take Ashlee Simpson, she totally got a nose job and yet when they ask her she says "Maybe, maybe not", i mean come on!!!

like star jones what a bitcho! millions of women related to her when she was heavy and now that she's skinny and uglier she won't admit having work especially the gastric bypass surgery leaving all those women out there thinking they related to her and now giving them the impression that it was done naturally is deceving these viewers like she did barbara. altoghether star jones is nothing but a fat chick in an ugly skinny girls body!!

Others dont because they dont want their fans to remember them by their plastic surgery but instead their beautiful characteristics.
Sometimes one should keep the mistery away from the public. It creates more mistique and a different aura than if you know the truth of how many stitches and how many surgeries and what not someone did to achieve a look. BETTER LEFT UNSAID.

They don't want a bad social life , but they already do with all the crazy stuff they already have done. It is just the nature of celebs. Celebs just want to be beautiful and maybe want others to see that they are born that way instead of having an doctor doing it. I don't know really but I am just guessing.

They don't want "scandal" which would probably erupt if they did... All the parent watch groups would have a hissy fit for her not being a good role model for their girls... stuff like that.

They just want people to think that they are really natural so that people try to be like them and they also don't want people to ask them questions about it all time and keep on bothering them.
