because they got embarrassed from their age and they afraid of being growing so fast

They fake their age because they think they will be able to get away with stuff. Some girls do it to have an older boyfriend.

Some want to be older so they gain more respect [like a 13year old saying they're 20] and others don't believe age makes them wiser and they want to be young so no one dismisses them because they are old [like a 65 year old trying to act 45

hey, there several unexplained reasons to this, and one of it is:
- insecurities...
it could also mean that some may not want to embarrass themselves when revealing their actual age due to the following:
- they are too large in build for their age..
- they're intellectually below average for their age...afraid that others may deem them immature or unknowledgeable despite the vast numbers of years living...may implicate their educational level / background..
some are just opportunists...just because they have the gifts of "youthful looks", they'll purposefully lie abt their age..
anyway, if you come across these ppl, just know within u that "u can run but u can't hide!" ...ha ha ha ..

not me, man. I'm 43 and I'll tell anybody.
why other people fake their age:
to get into bars before they are old enough (& to drink alcohol)
to get jobs they otherwise couldn't get
to lure young girls on the internet
because they perceive being younger (or older) as more attractive
