Try eating 5 small meals a day,sounds crazy but it works.foods like oatmeal for breakfast helps fill u up and is really good for you then make sure to get fruits and veggies ,plain yogurt and keep protein up.small servings several times a day tricks the body it does not go into starvation mode and hold on to fat.also move,increase activity.Good luck.

I know for sure that if you stop eating that does'nt work because you end up starving and eating more, or binge, so the best is to limit the amount and time you eat, eat a huge salad for dinner it has all the vitimins you need and drink only water after 6:00 and increase excercising, when you start to excercise it is a drag but when you adreline kicks in and you sweat your appetite decreases and you will feel motivation kicking in so do it

Don't go on starving diets! ... in the end you'll just go eat like a pig when your skinny. So, my suggestion is Herbal Magic. It is a weight-loss program to make your meals HEALTHIER not smaller. My mom is doing it and.... WOW she has lost 30 pounds in a month or 2. And in your meal you get to have one fat free pudding, popsicle, fudsicle, creamsicle... and so much more! You will loveeeeee it! Having weekly jogs, bike rides, yoga classes soothes stress and helps as well!

seems like i am ... but i try and not eat fattening foods and i do not eat junk foods and i try to exercise.. but i think a lot of mine is due to the medicine i take.. but usually if you try and watch your fat intake and calories and get enough exercise you should lose weight.. so i hope you will have better luck than i am.. also for snack foods eat things like celery stalks,sliced fruit and just watch how big a portion of food you eat to ...also drink lots of water.. they say that will help fill you up.. they have a lot of good flavored water now....

Yes. I am about 50-lbs. overweight and I am going to Weight Watchers. I've been heavy all my life and WW is the best of all diets. It's easy to stay on and you get to choose the foods you eat no one chooses for you. Get on the flexpoint system. It's wonderful. Trust me.

instead of three meals a day, try like 5 or 6 smaller (and healthier) meals a day.
