When I was a Sr. in High School, I told a guy that I liked, but not as friends. At first he was stunned, and didn't know how to respond, but now we're married and have a family. I'm not saying this exact strategy will work for you. But in casual conversation bring up that your feelings for him are stronger than just friends. Let it go from there.

what i would do is try to get sings if he like you. dont have ur frinds tell him because thing could get catty and they might tell him the wroungh thing and everyone will know. start getting a little flirty with him and if u have the couage give hints that you like him. if u watch him care fully and he shows signs that he likes you(the signs are he calls you he looks at you with a big group he wants to be alone with you he says he loves hanging out wit you) if u dont get many signs he likes you then i woudlt ask him out ur self. i know u would still be cruios so just ask one of his friends who he liks. if he shows all the signs he likes you and even more then ask him out he might be in the same rutt as you. if u are too shy you could still ask ur friends too do it. i was in the same sitch as u a time ago i no what its like. good luck i hope he likes you back!!

my friends and i recently made a tape for the guy she likes, and have yet to give it too him. It's not as scary as face to face, but more personal than a note, so i think itll work pretty well.
