I would not because I think Aleve may cross-sensitivity may occur with other NSAIDs like Aspirin.

I take Tylenol and Aleve at the same time but both Aleve and aspirin can thin your blood so don't take those together

You should not do that. Both can cause gastric upset, bleeding etc.
