There is a difference between renewable resources and one time resources. Typically things brought up from the Earth are not renewable. Things grown are at least theoretically renewable but old growth forests will likely never really be renewed.

It depends on what you mean by "natural resources." Fossil fuels are not renewable. However, there are renewable resources, such as ethanol that comes from corn or power generated by water or air or solar power. So, I don't think it is a matter of bringing back those fossil fuels, it is more a matter of finding different renewable sources of power.

we can't...our only option is to begin using resources that replinish themselves... or we could dig up all the dead people and use all the new dead people and bury them in the perfect place under perfect conditions and then we all collectively pray that they become OIL !!!

plant more trees, make sure filitration systesm are up to par, but as far as oil it takes to long to produce and such
