Pink and a well selceted Blue..i know it sounds really taboo to wear blue eyeshadow..but they have some really good tame blues that make my eys stand out..as long as it is subtle blue is do-able

Use silver as base color speading on the upper and lower lip
Use gold as the low light and dark brown as highlights
Remember that the most important thing to be able to manipulate the color and make the best out from it is "blending"
These colors are flaterring to most dark-brown eyed people

Well I have dark brown eyes too and I usually use like neutral colors like a sorta honey color and browns and stuff and as a contrast color I use like fun light shades like pink. But that's just me

If you wanna go natural do pink and brown. If you want to have more color, try a light pink base and a dark purple to blend with it.

dark colours don't really suit brown eyes cuz it makes them look dull, u should use light colours, not extremly light just sth one or two shades lighter than your skin tone, another thing if u use shimmering eyeshadows it makes ur eyes stand out better and it makes u look stunning.

well, i have brown eyes and i like to go with natural light colors. try neutrogena skin soothing eye tints. i use that and it really makes my brown eyes stand out. when normally brown eyes are just brown eyes.

Brown, always. it's what's most natural and normal. Blond can also look good, but if you're a brunette, expect to get an orange effect at first.

What is your skin tone and hair color.
These are some deciding factors you need to consider.
There are different color palets that compliment the contrast.
And of course you want to make sure you are applying it properly
